I lead Root Cause Analysis within Quality & Risk Management alongside a leadership role in Audit Optimisation. People come to me when they want to understand why outcomes occur and how those insights can be turned into practical improvements that support high-quality audit delivery.

I work closely with audit leaders, engagement teams and specialists across our firm. My focus is on bringing together people, evidence and ideas to solve challenges in a way that is practical, proportionate and sustainable. I have a particular interest in standardisation, digital enablement and global collaboration, helping teams deliver quality consistently while making audit easier to execute.

Having worked in professional services since 2008, I bring experience from client-facing, regulatory and quality-focused roles. This breadth of experience helps me see opportunities and challenges from different perspectives and translate complex quality considerations into clear actions. For example, when teams face recurring quality or execution challenges, I help identify the underlying causes and develop scalable solutions that support better outcomes and stronger consistency across engagements.

Outside work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and travelling when I can. I'm a keen follower of football and darts, and you'll often find me at parkrun chasing an increasingly elusive personal best.
