I focus on leading audits of private equity, venture capital and listed funds within our Financial Services practice in London. I hold fund partnership, corporate and listed experience, including leading the transition of new audit engagements under IFRS, FRS 102 and US GAAP.

My portfolio of PE and VC businesses has allowed me to develop strong expertise in the valuation of illiquid asset classes and the methodologies that underpin them, across industries including Consumer, Technology, Financial Services, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Renewables. I also have experience in ad-hoc assurance work relating to carried interest, IRR and interim profit verifications, as well as past performance measures used for fundraising purposes.

I trained and qualified at Deloitte, where I provided audit and assurance services including the historical financial information review of a large PE house used in its IPO prospectus.
