Over the past 15 years I've worked on a number of complex multi-jurisdictional audits in Italy, Europe and the UK. I've led audits, including first-year transitions, that were subject to mandatory rotation and regulatory reviews. Through this work I've gained significant experience in risk management and internal control assessment, including under US SOX requirements.
