I am a Deals Partner and one of the leaders of the Healthcare & Life Sciences Strategy & CDD team at BDO and I am passionate about delivering high quality and insightful work to my clients.

I have 10+ years of experience in the Healthcare & Life Sciences consulting space which was acquired by working 6 years at BDO where I was one of the founding members of the H&LS strategy & CDD team and 5 years at a boutique H&LS consulting firm that was established by ex-McKinsey consultants.

Over my career, I have completed +100 (buy & sell-side) Commercial Due Diligences and 30+ strategy projects across the entire Healthcare & Life Sciences spectrum which gives me an in depth understanding of different business models (product, service, technology) and subsectors in the market.

I have completed a broad range of strategy & CDD projects:

• In Healthcare, on private hospital groups, cosmetic clinics, IVF clinics, dental chains, dental laboratories, elderly & home care providers and specialist care providers, etc
• In Life Sciences, on generics and speciality products, MedTech, diagnostics, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, medical communications, market access & HEOR, GxP consulting, CROs, CDMOs, medical and pharma laboratories, etc
• In Technology, on EHR, eRostering, HCP booking software, Cheminformatics, LIMS, ELN, etc

I have worked with a diverse range of clients including banks (e.g., Deutsche Bank, Macquarie), buyout funds (e.g., Onex, Ardian, EQT), mid-market funds (e.g., Keensight, Astorg, GHO, 5 Arrows), and lower mid-market funds (e.g., Kester, Agathos). I have also helped large healthcare companies (Nestle, Sodexo, BMI hospitals, Bupa) develop their growth strategies.

I am passionate about developing relationships and supporting clients in identifying & assessing growth opportunities in the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector. Given my international background (speaking French, Dutch, English and Spanish), I also enjoy building international relationships with advisors and clients across the world.

Next to work, I enjoy sports (tennis, football, padel, swimming, surfing, cycling, etc) and watchmaking (patience and focus required).
