David Wright

I'm a Director in our Transaction Services team, focused on Manufacturing. I joined BDO in 1999 and have now specialised in transaction services for more than twenty years. The clients I work with are corporate acquirers, banks and private equity houses, and my role is to support them on their deal activity.

I also have extensive experience of capital markets transactions, including AIM, the Specialist Fund Segment and the Main Market. Over my career I've advised clients across a broad range of sectors.
