As a national resource my role is principally to advise, assist and support clients (owner managed businesses, private equity backed businesses and plc’s) to secure the most appropriate asset based lending (ABL) facilities available in an ever evolving and sophisticated market.
With a background in practice (UK and Australia) I have spent most of my career in lending, winning multiple awards for successfully originating, structuring and executing large and complex ABL transactions by understanding the challenges management teams face when sourcing, structuring and negotiating new debt and working capital facilities which invariably involve a new client/bank relationship.
My focus is to support clients whether they are stressed and need support in their turnaround plan by looking for additional liquidity during a growth phase, or whether the opportunity is event driven such as an MBO or an Acquisition.
I have successfully closed deals in a multitude of scenarios and sectors utilising traditional ABL facilities (Manufacturing, Building Products, Distribution, Food & Beverage, Facilities Management etc.), Recurring Revenue facilities (SaaS type businesses) and RCF facilities (Plant Hire).
