I've been leading valuation projects since 1999 and have wide experience valuing companies, businesses, intangible assets, shares, debt, options and other financial instruments for a variety of purposes.

I specialise in valuing assets for UK and overseas tax and providing regular valuations of assets held by funds. I also carry out valuations for commercial, accounting, dispute and restructuring purposes. I've led valuation projects across a wide variety of industry sectors, including a large number of private equity transactions.

I'm a Chartered Accountant and spent three years working in corporate tax before starting my valuations career, giving me a strong foundation in the tax aspects of valuation work.
