I'm a Partner in our London Tax team advising listed, private equity backed, UK and international clients on all tax aspects of real estate and corporate transactions. My work spans financing structures, international tax issues, due diligence, tax compliance and reporting, and dealing with correspondence and disputes with the tax authorities.

I have particular specialisms in advising non-UK investors into the UK and European market and in structuring shariah-compliant investments globally. With over 15 years' experience as a tax adviser, I bring a practical approach to complex cross-border situations.

I enjoy working closely with clients to make sure their tax position is well aligned with their commercial objectives, whether they're acquiring, disposing of or financing real estate and corporate assets.
