I lead the Life Sciences and Healthcare Transaction Services team. I work with clients and their advisers to lead sell-side, buy-side, refinancing and carve-out due diligence projects in the sector.

My client base is a mix of mid-market PE and corporates focused on life sciences and healthcare. I've been providing due diligence services in the sector for over 14 years, completing more than 150 deals. This gives me a broad spectrum of experience covering everything from drug discovery, development, commercialisation and pharma services to medical devices, community pharmacy, dentistry, ophthalmology, care homes, childcare and NHS trusts.

I get heavily involved in all our projects and use my experience to ensure we are proactive and responsive. My approach is to lead multi-disciplinary teams covering financial, tax, commercial and value creation due diligence to deliver focused, issue-driven reports.
