Iain Henderson

I have over 30 years of experience auditing public and private multinational businesses, with a focus on entities that report into the US or undertake transactions on the US capital markets.

I'm the sector lead for our US Audit team, which includes a dedicated Global Capital Markets team (led by Gary Drennan) and comprises approximately 150 people delivering audits to US-listed and private companies reporting under US GAAP or IFRS with audit opinions under PCAOB or AICPA standards. I work with a broad range of companies, with a focus on those in the consumer markets including gaming, professional services, and technology and media sectors.

As the UK's Country Coordinating Partner for our US member firm, I lead on all aspects of the UK/US relationship. I serve on the Audit Stream Executive with a focus on international matters and partner investment and have served on our firm’s governance board too.
