I specialise in reporting accountant services and advice to companies undertaking IPOs and other corporate stock exchange transactions on the London Stock Exchange. I also provide training and technical support to our national team on reporting accountant matters, often getting involved in larger and more complex transactions.

With more than 30 years' experience in this area, I've worked on over 200 transactions including IPOs, secondary equity issuances, reverse takeovers, acquisition and disposal circulars, debt issuances and Takeover Code transactions. I'm one of a group of six experts who advise the Listing Transactions team of the Financial Conduct Authority on the application of the Prospectus Rules and UK Listing Rules from an accountant's perspective.
