James Fieldhouse

James is a Deal Advisory Partner at BDO specialising in M&A advisory to mid-market businesses and Private Equity.

In addition to leading the local Manchester M&A team James also leads the firm’s M&A Human Capital sector focus nationally. He is an experienced corporate financier who has been with BDO since 2003.

His experience includes acquisitions, disposals, MBOs and structured finance with a particular focus on providing sell side advice to owner managed and entrepreneurial businesses valued between £10m and £150m. He also has strong experience in mid-market Private Equity and has advised on several cross border transactions.

James has led a number of transactions in a variety of sectors including recruitment & payroll services, TMT, event management, medical & digital marketing communications, print/packaging and manufacturing.

Prior to BDO James graduated from Leeds University. James is also a Fellow of the ICAEW.
