I'm a Director in the Business Restructuring team and a qualified accountant and insolvency practitioner with 24 years' experience in turnaround, restructuring and insolvency. I work with businesses, directors, lenders, investors and regulators when financial or operational pressures require an early, credible and commercially focused response.

My experience spans business reviews, strategic options assessments, short-term cash flow management and contingency planning through to refinancing, accelerated sale processes and formal insolvency procedures. I focus on understanding the immediate financial position, identifying the issues that matter most and helping stakeholders make informed decisions. Where formal insolvency is required, I have extensive experience leading Administrations, including trading businesses, accelerated sales and pre-packaged transactions designed to preserve value.

I've advised boards, banks, asset-based lenders, private equity investors and regulators across a broad range of sectors, including Care, Retail, Manufacturing, Construction, Automotive and Leisure. I have also undertaken reviews for the Care Quality Commission under its market oversight regime, supporting situations where continuity of essential services, funding and stakeholder confidence were critical. A typical engagement involves rapidly assessing a business's financial position, identifying practical options and providing stakeholders with a clear understanding of risks, opportunities and the path forward.

I take a practical, evidence-led approach and believe clear communication is essential during periods of uncertainty. I'm also interested in how data analytics and AI can improve the quality, consistency and speed of restructuring analysis and client delivery. Outside work, most of my time is spent with my three children. You'll often find me on the touchline at a rugby match, travelling between activities or, when time allows, watching rugby, Formula 1, walking or going to the gym.
