I'm a Partner in the Transaction Services team based in the South East. I work with a broad range of clients, from large FTSE companies to not-for-profit organisations.

My goal, irrespective of client or sector, is to ensure you make well-informed decisions and secure the best deal possible. This applies whether I'm helping companies list on the capital markets, supporting business sales through vendor due diligence or aiding growth through buy-side due diligence.

I particularly enjoy working with clients over a number of years and transactions, as it allows me to add real value and see the business grow over the longer term.
