I'm a Partner in the Transaction Services team in London. I have over 20 years' transaction experience across multiple sectors, with a more recent focus on consumer goods, retail, leisure and hospitality.
I specialise in all aspects of financial due diligence for corporate and private equity buyers as well as London Stock Exchange and AIM transactions. I'm a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the ICAEW.
