Jo Davenport

Jo is a partner in the Transaction Services team in the London office. She has over 16 years’ transactions experience across multiple sectors, with a more recent focus on the consumer goods, retail, leisure and hospitality sectors. Jo specialises in all aspects of financial due diligence for corporate and private equity buyers as well as London Stock Exchange and AIM transactions.

Jo is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the ICAEW.
