I've built considerable transaction services experience across a broad range of sectors, having moved into corporate finance from an earlier career in Audit and Assurance.

My deal experience includes both acquisition and vendor financial due diligence on behalf of corporate and trade acquirers, private equity and bank investments, and reporting accountant work in support of IPOs. I have particular experience in retail, consumer markets, technology, media, telecoms, recruitment and manufacturing.
