I'm a Tax Partner in the Financial Services and Transactions Tax team, specialising in working with private equity houses throughout their lifecycle.

I advise clients from fund and manager formation through to exiting investments, focusing on acquisition structuring, tax due diligence, reorganisations, vendor assistance and exit structuring. I'm passionate about working with entrepreneurial asset managers, supporting them to achieve their goals and working closely with investment teams to enhance and protect the value of their investments.
