John Stephan

John is a partner in our national M&A team and has over 20 years’ experience of advising on both public and private M&A transactions including a significant number of cross-border. Types of transaction include acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, takeovers, listings and private equity investments. He is a sponsor for main market public company transactions. John is the Global Head of M&A and leads BDO’s International M&A Steering Committee.
