I'm a Partner in our national M&A team with over 25 years' experience advising on both public and private M&A transactions, including a significant number of cross-border deals. I lead our Global M&A practice and chair the International M&A Steering Committee.

Transaction types I advise on include acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, takeovers, listings and private equity investments. I'm also a sponsor for main market public company transactions. My particular sector experience includes industrials, building products & services, and investment funds.
