Jon Hickman

I'm a Corporate Tax Partner and head of the tax team in Southampton. I work with a broad spectrum of clients on tax compliance, assurance and advisory matters. My main focus is corporate tax, but I also work with owners and managers to provide an all-round tax advisory service.

My clients are based in the UK and internationally. Although I work across a number of sectors, I have particular expertise in the leisure and hospitality industry, including restaurants, bars and sports-related businesses.

I've worked at the firm for over 25 years and have been a partner since 2006. Since 2015 I've been responsible for delivering the firm's reporting on budgets, autumn statements and other fiscal events, which gives me early insight into tax rule changes that benefits both me and my clients. I regularly write articles on the changes we want and those we get from government.
