Jonathan leads our new TMT (Technology, Media and Telecoms) Strategy and Commercial Due Diligence practice, within the M&A stream, and will be helping to expand BDO’s overall range of business services in this area. He will be focusing on both Private Equity and Corporate clients providing expert support for transactions on both buy side and sell side as well as corporate strategy and transformation.
With over 20 years’ global experience as a Strategy Consultant in the TMT sector, with firms including Roland Berger, Accenture Strategy and Arthur D. Little, Jonathan brings an extensive track record in commercial due diligence, strategy and transformation covering the entire TMT spectrum. Jonathan’s previous role was as Business Development Director with UK telecommunications operator Neos Networks.
