I'm a Director in our Transaction Services team, specifically focused on ESG in deals. I believe ESG is an important lens for value creation and value protection opportunities.

I've worked in the ESG space for over 20 years, primarily with private equity clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions, helping them identify ESG opportunities and risks associated with their deals. I started with environmental management and evolved to health, safety and environmental advisory for large internationally funded development projects. This hands-on experience allows me to bring a pragmatic approach to ESG due diligence.

I've worked across multiple sectors including Energy, Infrastructure, IT, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Waste Management, Consumer, Professional Services and Leisure. One of my most rewarding experiences was helping a mid-cap PE firm develop their ESG knowledge during an investment process, enabling the deal team to leverage ESG for post-deal opportunities and bolt-on synergies.
