I'm a Partner in the Global Employer Services team, specialising in expatriate tax. I have over 20 years' experience advising employers on the tax and social security issues arising from international assignments, covering everything from where assignees should be paid to the policies employers should implement to manage their international workforce.

I have extensive experience running large global assignment programmes and working with overseas colleagues to ensure seamless delivery. My clients include a large international drinks company, an asset management company and an international airline.

I understand what it's like to be an expatriate employee, having been seconded to South Africa to help a Big 4 firm establish their expatriate tax practice in Johannesburg. I hold a BSc in French and Linguistics and qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser.
