I lead our Financial Services Business Services and Outsourcing team nationally, supporting businesses with accounting, outsourcing, FCA reporting, growth advisory, company secretarial, payroll and ERP system advice. I work with a broad range of Financial Services organisations, including private equity firms, asset managers, fund managers, brokers, corporate finance advisers, fintech businesses, electronic money institutions and payments firms. My clients range from start-ups to international groups and listed companies.

With more than 20 years' experience in Financial Services, I help businesses navigate complex reporting and operational challenges as they grow. I have extensive experience of both UK Generally Accepted Accounting Practice and International Financial Reporting Standards, enabling me to provide practical advice that supports compliance, efficiency and long-term success.

Alongside my Financial Services role, I lead our inward investment offering, helping organisations establish and grow their presence in the UK. I work with businesses across a variety of sectors, advising on market entry, business set-up and ongoing operational requirements.
