I'm well connected with the lending community and often receive introductions to stressed companies from their lenders. I understand the concerns lenders have and I help clients manage stakeholder relationships and, where appropriate, introduce alternative funding options. I lead our Business Restructuring sector offerings for both construction and manufacturing.

When insolvency is unavoidable, I've been taking appointments for over a decade. Notable cases include Norton Motorcycles and All-Star Leisure, both of which resulted in the secured lender being repaid in full with distributions available for unsecured creditors.
