Leslie Peter

I lead our Property and Facilities Management team, driving our strategic journey towards quality workplaces. We deliver all aspects of corporate real estate, from strategy and lease transactions through design, construction. We manage day-to-day facilities with the aim of providing best in class workplace experience for our people. Our responsibilities extend to health and safety through to being a key contributor to on the firm's carbon net zero targets.

I joined with over 30 years' experience in property, the majority spent at a global investment bank. My roles included Global Head of Property Management, leading the acquisition of office space in cities including New York, Tokyo, Mumbai, Budapest, Frankfurt, Paris and Dubai.

I'm a firm believer in the benefits of diversity in business, reflected in previous roles on an EMEA Diversity and Inclusion Committee and as Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion for Corporate Services. I founded the NSPCC Property Board in 2021, where as chair I lead our plan to raise awareness and funding by leveraging networks across the property sector.

Outside work, I try to maintain some level of fitness and I'm known to be mad about football.
