I'm a Director in the Transaction Services team, helping you make confident decisions throughout the deal lifecycle. I provide due diligence and strategic insight that helps you understand risks, spot opportunities and focus on what matters most. I primarily work with businesses in the Life Sciences, Healthcare and Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) sectors.

I've advised on more than 80 completed transactions and work with private equity investors, corporates and management teams on acquisitions, disposals and investment decisions. What sets my perspective apart is experience on both sides of the deal table. Alongside advising on transactions, I spent two and a half years within the investment team of a private equity house, supporting platform investments, bolt-on acquisitions and a successful exit process. That experience gave me first-hand insight into how investors assess opportunities, manage risk and create value.

I enjoy building long-term relationships and supporting people through multiple transactions as their businesses evolve. Whether I'm challenging assumptions during due diligence or helping teams navigate complex decisions, I focus on combining technical expertise with commercial judgement. A typical engagement involves helping buyers understand key risks and opportunities before a transaction, enabling clearer decision-making and supporting a smoother path through the deal process.
