I'm a Director in our Transaction Services team, focusing on due diligence for acquisitions by private equity and corporate clients on both buy-side and sell-side, as well as vendor assistance. I've completed a number of transactions across a variety of sectors and have significant experience in deal completion mechanisms, supporting both sides of negotiations.

I also spent two and a half years working in the investment team at a private equity house, investing in two platform businesses. This first-hand experience gives me a practical understanding of how best to support clients on transactions from the investor's perspective.
