I'm a Partner in the London Tax Group, advising clients across the real estate market on tax structuring, due diligence and refinancing. I work closely with clients throughout the property ownership cycle, from acquisitions through ongoing compliance to disposals and exits.

I've advised on a number of retirement village projects as well as hotels, co-working, co-living, student accommodation and mixed-use development projects. I also have experience advising on ground rent structures, REITs, IPOs and working with real estate businesses in administration.

I have over 15 years' experience working with real estate businesses, having previously worked at a Big 4 firm.
