I'm a Partner and Head of Tax in Northern Ireland. I'm a Chartered Tax Adviser in both the UK and Ireland, a Fellow of the ACCA and hold the Advanced Diploma in International Tax.

With over 15 years' experience, I provide commercially driven tax advice. I have considerable experience providing UK tax services for global groups and liaising with decision-makers in the UK, Republic of Ireland, Europe and the US. I've led the delivery of wide-ranging tax advice including M&A tax due diligence, international tax, transfer pricing, strategic global business structuring and corporate simplifications.

I regularly present on topical tax issues to professional bodies and Chambers of Commerce and write for local media and leading tax publications.
