Lucie Kingdom

I work with a broad range of organisations across the professional services sector, including accountancy firms, engineering and infrastructure consultancies, management consultancies, architects and recruiters. My experience spans privately owned entrepreneurial businesses, private equity-backed international groups, listed entities and large global employee-owned organisations.

Through my client work, I have developed extensive experience in complex accounting and reporting matters under both IFRS and UK GAAP. I work closely with finance teams, leadership teams and audit committees to deliver practical, high-quality outcomes. I believe that strong relationships, combined with a well-connected internal network across the UK and our overseas Member Firms, are fundamental to delivering an effective audit, supported by innovative and data-driven audit techniques where appropriate.

Alongside my client-facing role, I help lead the People, Culture and Purpose agenda, with a particular focus on operational delivery. This includes supporting broader workforce planning initiatives and contributing to firmwide programmes that help ensure we continue to attract, develop and deploy our people effectively.
