Luke Leney

I'm a Director in the Transaction Services team, providing advice and support through financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions, pre-lend reviews and capital markets transactions.

I have over six years' experience in transaction services and four years in audit before that. During this time I spent 18 months on secondment with the Sydney office's Corporate Finance team and have worked across a wide range of industries for both large global corporates and entrepreneurial businesses.
