With over 30 years' experience delivering flexible payroll and HR solutions and advisory services across many sectors, I leverage technology to improve efficiencies and provide professional, accurate and timely solutions, services and advice. I have a wealth of change management experience and am passionate about using technology to manage payroll and HR processing. My expertise in implementing systems and platforms gives me a strong understanding of the technology solutions available in the market.

I have been awarded the CIPP Luminary Award on two occasions and was recently presented the Leadership Award at the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals Annual Excellence Awards and Woman of the Year at the Reward Strategy, recognising my dedication to supporting and leading the development and progression of others in the payroll profession. I am also a CIPP Chartered member.
