I am a leader in BDO’s International Institutions and Donor Assurance (IIDA), a team wholly dedicated to building the requisite trust to tailor our client services to the specific needs of the global donor and international sporting federation communities.

With over 27 years of experience in the sector, I specialise in delivering audit and core assurance services to organisations within the United Nations system, such as UNICEF, UNHCR, UNFPA, and UNDP and supporting international sports federations to ensure their members comply with the terms and conditions of the development funds provided by the federation.

Working closely with our clients across the global donor and sports sectors, I service their specific organisational requirements, including financial and systems audits, pre-award assessments, forensic audits, performance audits, training services, and advice on risk management and governance.

Recent examples of my client work include auditing 80 humanitarian projects across the Democratic Republic of Congo for a global donor and checking the compliance of 70 member countries of an international sporting federation with the terms and conditions of the development funds they received from the federation.

I have led over 1,000 engagements for global donors and over 400 engagements for international sporting bodies with the work delivered in over 100 countries.
