Mark Thornton

I specialise in providing practical, tailored restructuring and turnaround advice to businesses, lenders and other stakeholders, as well as formal insolvency work. My focus is on finding optimal turnaround and business rescue solutions in challenging financial circumstances.

I have broad experience working with boards across Retail, Import and Export, Agricultural, Charitable and Educational organisations among others. My clients also include lenders, investors and other stakeholders. I bring extensive experience of working with owner-managed and private equity owned businesses, enhanced through a practical secondment in the restructuring division of a large UK clearing bank.
