I'm a Partner in Financial Services and lead the Fintech sector. I am the founder of the EMEA Fintech Strategy group and sit on the Fintech Steering Committee for the global network.

I work with financial services businesses from newly regulated to systemic and lead a number of international audit engagements with a particular focus on global digital financial services. My clients include disruptive financial services businesses across the fintech landscape, including digital assets, payments and digital banks, as well as those that are building their capabilities, systems and controls in advance of an IPO (US & UK) or other exit strategy.

I have over 20 years of experience in financial markets and am experienced in IFRS and UK GAAP, as well as international and PCAOB auditing standards.

I am in regular discussion with Fintechs in respect of IPO readiness and strategic planning for US (Nasdaq), UK (FTSE) and/or Euronext market listings.
