I hold a number of senior roles within Business Restructuring. I'm the National Head of Personal Insolvency. I also lead Creditor Services, advising and representing clients with claims in formal insolvencies, and direct the Case Progression Team that supports our Business Restructuring delivery teams around the country. I am also a support partner of the National Corporate Simplification service line.

I'm the partner for our Independent Administrator service, providing impartial and expert asset and estate realisation when disputes or issues arise in the administration of a deceased estate. My portfolio of cases includes acting as trustee in bankruptcy of previously high net worth individuals, overturning asset protection schemes and tracing assets, providing private client debt advisory advice and acting as liquidator for hundreds of solvent companies for group restructuring, capital release or elimination.
