I've spent my career working with professional service firms and investment managers on their tax affairs, managing complex tax reporting obligations and the tax aspects of operating and running a business. I spend the majority of my time advising clients on how to structure their businesses, whether on a merger or acquisition, international expansion or moving into a new market.

I enjoy building long-lasting relationships with clients and supporting their businesses throughout their lifecycle. My experience has taught me the value of combining technical expertise with clear advice that allows clients to make informed decisions. I'm known for delivering pragmatic and commercial guidance, acting as a trusted adviser.
