Mike Duncan

I'm a Director in the Transaction Services team based in Bristol, working across the Solent, Thames Valley and London offices. I have an increasing focus on the real estate and construction sector, leading project delivery on IPOs and other capital markets transactions as well as vendor, corporate and private equity financial due diligence.

Alongside my real estate focus, I've worked on around 50 transactions across sectors including healthcare, retail, professional services, technology and life sciences, with target companies operating both in the UK and overseas.
