Mike Philp

I'm an Audit Partner with experience ranging from owner-managed businesses and private equity backed companies to FTSE listed groups. I have strong technical expertise in UK GAAP, IFRS and US reporting and a solid track record of delivering robust, high-quality audits.

A large part of my career has been spent auditing businesses on the journey from private equity ownership to listed, drawing on my experience in debt and equity transactions, UK IPOs, M&A and due diligence. I understand the typical lifecycle of private equity backed companies and provide feedback on progress against value creation plans and exit readiness.

I work across multiple sectors including real estate, housebuilding, automotive, retail, life sciences, technology and business services.

Outside work, I enjoy sport, increasingly from the sidelines, and I'm a Doncaster Rovers supporter.
