Nathan Thomas

I'm a Partner in our corporate tax team with a focus on businesses in the Financial Services sector and those backed by private equity. My approach is to work closely with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business and personal plans to support them in proactively managing their tax position.

I also lead on transactional tax across the South West, with significant experience in due diligence and tax structuring particularly in the financial services sector, including supporting management teams on exits, demergers and group reconstructions.

I joined in 2008, training and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser before spending time across our Bristol, London and Reading teams. Clients appreciate the breadth of knowledge I bring from this background and my ability to clearly articulate tax issues in relation to their specific situation.
