I'm a Partner within the London Tax Group, advising people businesses with a particular focus on the issues that link a business and its owners.

With experience across domestic and international clients from fully listed firms to family-owned businesses, I understand the unique challenges facing professional services firms. I combine commercial experience and technical knowledge to offer creative, practical advice. My strength is developing opportunities by investing time to understand individual needs and objectives.

My areas of technical specialism include advising on partnership structures in the UK and across borders, opening new offices outside the UK, withholding tax claims, double tax relief, equalisation of partner compensation and M&A. I also lead our focus on the consultancy sector, regularly produce thought leadership and contribute to technical consultations on legislative changes.
