Nick Poulter

I'm Head of Operational Delivery and a member of our Operations Executive and People, Culture and Purpose Executive. I work closely with our COO and operations leaders on strategic alignment and operational excellence.

Before taking on this role, I was an Audit Partner. My earlier career included time in publishing (both print and online) and catering, where I owned and operated a café. That breadth of experience gives me a practical understanding of the challenges businesses face at every level.

Outside work, you'll mostly find me running, cycling or supporting my children's various sporting interests.
