I'm an Associate Director in the Birmingham Transaction Services team. Before transferring to my current office, I spent several years in the Johannesburg Transaction Services team working on deals across Africa.
My experience includes both acquisition and vendor financial due diligence on behalf of corporate and trade acquirers, private equity clients and reporting accountant work in support of IPOs. My key industry experience spans mining, logistics and transport, manufacturing and telecoms.
