I'm a Director in the Tax team, specialising in strategy execution, transformation and operations. I help organisations turn strategic ambition into sustainable business performance by aligning people, processes and ways of working with their long-term goals.

With more than 25 years' experience across professional services, people and culture, organisational development and business transformation, I bring a distinctive blend of strategic, operational and behavioural expertise. I work with leaders and teams to navigate complexity, manage change and build the capabilities needed to deliver lasting results. My focus is on helping people move from strategy to action in a practical and sustainable way.

Throughout my career, I've supported organisations through periods of growth, transformation and cultural change. Whether helping leadership teams embed new ways of working, strengthen organisational capability or execute complex transformation programmes, I focus on creating solutions that work in practice as well as on paper. I believe successful transformation depends as much on people and behaviours as it does on process and structure.

I'm passionate about leadership development, coaching and mentoring. For many years, I've mentored students at Birkbeck, University of London, helping them build confidence, develop their skills and create fulfilling careers. Supporting others to achieve their potential remains one of the most rewarding parts of my role.
