Oliver Pumfrey

I'm a Tax Partner with over 20 years' experience advising listed companies, UK headquartered multinational and private equity backed groups and owner-managed businesses. I'm based in our Guildford office and work across the South East.

I support businesses from start-up to scale-up and through to large private and listed companies. My approach is to work alongside clients, providing proactive support through each stage of their business lifecycle on a wide range of issues including tax compliance, restructuring, transactions, share schemes, capital allowances, succession planning and R&D tax reliefs.

I work with a diverse portfolio of clients across London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex across sectors. This breadth enables me to take a pragmatic approach in advising on current and future plans.

Outside work, while my two daughters keep me on my toes, I enjoy photography, woodwork and watching rugby.
