I lead our Betting & Gaming offering within Transaction Services, helping businesses navigate one of the most dynamic and fast-moving sectors in the market. I work with organisations at every stage of their journey, from ambitious start-ups to global listed groups. What I enjoy most about the sector is its connection to sport, technology and entertainment, alongside the constant evolution of regulatory and commercial landscapes.

I joined the firm in 2012 and began my career in Audit before moving into Transaction Services in 2016. Since then, I have specialised in buy-side and sell-side due diligence, pre-lending reviews for banks and reporting accountant engagements on capital markets transactions. Over that time, I've had the opportunity to work on many of the sector's most significant and exciting deals, building strong relationships with entrepreneurs, operators, advisers, private equity investors, lawyers, regulators and colleagues across the international BDO network.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is supporting clients throughout their growth journey. A highlight has been advising a business through its initial UK listing, a subsequent primary listing, a reverse takeover and ultimately its sale to a US acquirer for around £2bn. Experiences like this have given me a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges that ambitious businesses face as they scale and evolve.

Outside work, I'm a father of two young girls and spend my time following almost every sport imaginable, seeing live music and travelling whenever I get the chance.
