Paul Dawson

I'm a partner in Bristol leading our Global Business Services team. We have specific expertise in providing outsourced services to ambitious, high-growth international companies and large complex corporates, from back-office accounting to management of global payroll and compliance.

I'm also the Business Services and Outsourcing lead for Life Sciences, specialising in supporting international life science businesses expanding into and operating across Europe and globally, as well as UK high-growth businesses navigating the challenges of start-up, scale-up, development and commercialisation.

I returned to the firm in 2013 having originally qualified in 1995. In between, I joined an international technology client as Group Finance Director, giving me over 25 years of commercial experience delivering solutions for international businesses at board level and from within professional services.
