Paul Lavercombe

I'm a Tax Partner with over 25 years' experience advising listed companies, UK-headquartered multinationals, private equity-backed groups and owner-managed businesses. I head the 60-strong corporate and private client services teams for the South East and oversee the full range of tax services including corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing, R&D and employment tax.

I support clients on a wide range of issues including debt structuring, dividend planning, effective tax rate management and the tax aspects of M&A. I have specialist expertise in real estate, where I look after a large number of listed clients, private property investment groups, housebuilders and housing associations.

I'm also the firm's Coordination Officer for Spain and Portugal, working to foster strong relationships with member firms and keep up to speed with regulatory developments.
