Paul Nott

I joined the firm in September 2024 having previously been at PwC for almost 30 years. I have experience providing audit and accounting advisory services to large privately owned, PE-backed and international groups across multiple sectors.

I have particular expertise working with energy and utility companies, infrastructure and PFI projects, and general manufacturing entities, particularly aerospace and defence. I'm now looking to grow our share of the large private company audit market in Bristol and the South West.

I also have experience supporting clients with capital markets transactions and have worked as a reporting accountant on numerous IPOs on AIM, the Main Market and cross-border listings, as well as Class 1 acquisitions.
