I lead our real estate and construction VAT service line. I've specialised in real estate and construction VAT for the majority of my career, which means I'm experienced in advising all stakeholders in the sector, from developers, contractors, investors and landlords through to managers and occupiers.

I'm currently a member of the British Property Federation's VAT Committee and sit on and contribute to HMRC's Land and Property Liaison Group. My clients include private equity funds, real estate funds, FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 household names and entrepreneurial businesses.

I combine a commercial approach with the capacity for deep technical analysis. Whether it's a complex development, an investment acquisition or a portfolio restructuring, I help clients understand and manage their VAT position effectively.
