I am a highly experienced Partner who leads our Midlands M&A team, advising clients on creating shareholder value through corporate finance activity.

I have worked alongside clients for over 30 years on a wide range of more than 200 acquisitions and disposals, working across a range of sectors, owner managed businesses, private equity backed companies and large corporates.

I am known for my strategic approach to corporate finance transactions with a successful blend of experience and hard-edged negotiation to deliver excellent outcomes for my clients.
